Bahrain FinTech Bay staff are generally onsite between 9 AM – 6 PM local time Sunday through Thursday.

Can I stop in or should I make an appointment for a tour at Bahrain FinTech Bay?

Can I have multiple mailing addresses for one account?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to support multiple mailing addresses for one account.

When do I have to let Bahrain FinTech Bay know I am moving out

When do I have to let Bahrain FinTech Bay know I am moving out? Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. Example: If a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice to Bahrain FinTech Bay on July 31st. Hot Desks and Day Passes can be cancelled at any time, but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Hot Desk and membership plans.

What does a Membership at Bahrain FinTech Bay include?

SUPER-FAST, RELIABLE INTERNET Your office has hard-wired (Ethernet) connections, as well as access to Wi-Fi. Private IP addresses and server storage are available at an additional cost. CONFERENCE ROOM TIME All plans include a monthly credit allocation that can be used to reserve both meeting rooms and hot desks. What Membership plans does Bahrain FinTech Bay offer?

DAY PASS This is perfect for people who wish to connect with our global community but may only need space one or two days a month. This plan includes 0 monthly credits for reserving meeting rooms and hot desks. Additional reservations may always be made for an additional fee. HOT DESK CASUAL (part-time:60% usage or unlimited usage) A shared workspace in a common area. When you purchase a Hot Desk, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk. This plan includes access to our events and services, 24/7 keycard access at your primary building, as well as 11 and 22 monthly credits respectively for part-time and unlimited usage for reserving workspaces and conference rooms. DEDICATED DESK An assigned desk space in a large open area or enclosed office shared with other members. This dedicated space comes with a storage space for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight. This plan includes access to our events and services, 24/7 keycard access at your primary building, as well as 33 monthly credits for reserving workspaces and conference rooms. PRIVATE OFFICE A fully enclosed, lockable office space. Your company can add on more offices as you grow. This plan includes access to our events and services, 24/7 keycard access at your primary building, as well as 88 monthly credits for reserving workspaces and conference rooms that correlate with your office size.

Do all Membership begin on the first of the month?

Yes! All Memberships begin on the first of the month.

Are your Membership really month-to-month?

Yes! Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.

How do I reserve a Meeting Room or a Hot Desk?

You can make a reservation for a meeting room or a hot desk via either the Member’s Portal or on the Bahrain FinTech Bay app. For both meeting room and hot desk reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.

What are Bahrain FinTech Bay's Conference Room sizes?

Generally, our conference rooms accommodate teams of 4–15 and our studio can accommodate teams of 12.

What is a Hot Desk?

A hot desk provides access to a designated work area in a shared common room, working side-by-side with other Bahrain FinTech Bay members. You’ll have ample space to set up your laptop for the day, a power port and Wi-Fi. In addition, you also have access to a host of amenities specific to the building.

When can I reserve a workspace?

Hot Desk can be reserved Sunday to Thursday, 9am-6pm local time. You can reserve as many days as you would like on an a la carte basis at a cost of 2 reservation credits per day.

I booked a Meeting Room / Hot Desk at the wrong location. How can I change it?

You may edit your reservation with no time limitation. You can edit your reservations both via the Member Network and on the Bahrain FinTech Bay app.

I just reserved a Meeting Room. How do I register my guests?

To register guests, please log on to the Member’s portal or the Bahrain FinTech Bay app. You may register as many guests as allotted for the particular conference room, including yourself.

Can guests visit me in my Private Office?

Yes. Just make sure you register them either via the Member’s portal or the Bahrain FinTech Bay app.

Is there a retainer or set up fee required to secure a Dedicated Desk / Private Office?

I have a Day Pass. Do I have to reserve a Hot Desk before coming into work?

Yes. In order to ensure our members have the best possible experience, and to guarantee availability, we require that you reserve a workspace at least one hour before you plan on coming into work.

What are the additional fees for reservation credits, printing, etc? Conference Room (per credit):

Day Pass, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans all include a monthly studio credit allocation that can be used to reserve conference rooms and workspaces. Studio credits varies among different memberships.

Does Bahrain FinTech Bay charges late fees?

Bahrain FinTech Bay charges a late fee of 5% of the outstanding invoice, excluding Service Retainers, for payments we haven't received by the 10th day of the month.
