Amina began her career in the investment industry in 2015 at Tenmou, supporting early-stage companies and venture initiatives. She joined Bahrain FinTech Bay in 2018, where she oversees internal operations, fintech acceleration programs, and the residency program, ensuring seamless delivery and operational efficiency.

She also supports partnership and business development efforts, cultivating strategic relationships with corporates, financial institutions, investors, and regulators to drive collaboration, ecosystem growth, and regional expansion.

In addition to operational and acceleration work, she mentors startups, facilitates access to funding and strategic partnerships, and contributes to initiatives that strengthen Bahrain’s fintech innovation landscape.
