Upon obtaining her Masters in Business Management from Regents University, London, she moved to Damascus, Syria to work in higher education for 14 years. In 2011, she taught at the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut. Following her passion for triathlon, she joined Faalyat management as the Head of Marketing and Communications for the Bahrain and Dubai IRONMAN 70.3 Championships. Previously, she served as Head of Marketing for Brinc Batelco IoT Hub, a Bahrain-based accelerator for IoT hardware. 

In addition to being Co-Founder of Pace Bahrain (a sports management platform), she is a member of the Bahrain Women In Motorsports Board, Treasurer of the board of the Bahrain Gymnastics Federation, a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for University of Bahrain’s College of Business Administration and a certified technical official with the International Triathlon Union.
