Talal Ramadhan graduated from Bahrain Polytechnic with a B.Bus in Banking and Finance, building a strong academic foundation in corporate finance, investment analysis, portfolio management, and risk management. Throughout his studies, he developed advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation, and market research, applying structured and data driven approaches to assess investment opportunities and financial performance.

He later joined Bahrain FinTech Bay’s Research and Business Development team, contributing to Bahrain’s fintech research landscape and supporting initiatives that strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a regional financial innovation hub. He is particularly interested in stock exchange mechanisms and capital markets innovation.
