Head of Operations & Finance Lead

The Operations & Finance Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, financial controls, reporting, and operational resilience for AXCoin EMEA.

Reporting Line:

Managing Director & Regional Head EMEA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and transaction processing.

• Own reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational controls.

• Manage vendors, costs, and local financial administration.

• Implement operational risk controls and monitoring.

• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting.

• Work closely with banking, compliance, and product teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in operations, finance, or controls within financial services.

• Strong understanding of reconciliations and operational risk.

• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

• International experience and qualifications are highly desirable.

• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated execution discipline.
