Head of Product

The Head of Product will own the local AXCoin product definition, ensuring that product design, features, and controls meet regulatory expectations and market needs.

Reporting Line:

Managing Director & Regional Head EMEA

Key Responsibilities

• Own the local AXCoin product roadmap and feature prioritisation.

• Ensure product design aligns with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with AlloyX Group product and technology teams.

• Define and support local use cases for payments, settlement, and on/off-ramps.

• Support preparation of product documentation for regulators and partners.

• Manage product changes post-launch.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in product management within fintech, payments, or digital assets.

• Experience working in regulated product environments.

• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into product design.

• International experience and qualifications are highly desirable.

• Structured, execution-focused mindset.
