Geoff Stecyk is a professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors, with a career spanning multiple leadership roles across prominent institutions in the Middle East and Asia. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of Rain Management in Bahrain. Geoff is able to leverage his deep trading background to architect the digital bridges between crypto and banking to

enable exponential growth.

Prior to that he was Deputy Group CEO of Tech and Ops for Ahli United Bank and led their transformation program prior to acquisition by KFH. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at RAKBANK (National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah) in the United Arab Emirates, he oversaw critical functions including back-office operations, information technology, information security, premises, and business continuity planning, driving operational excellence and technological innovation.

Prior to RAKBANK, Geoff spent seven years at Maybank Group in Malaysia, where he held the position of Group Chief Technology Officer, leading transformative IT strategies to enhance competitive positioning. He also served as Executive Vice President of Business Integration at Southern Bank Berhad in Malaysia, where he focused on integrating business processes and technology solutions. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from the University of Alberta, equipping him with a strong foundation in financial and strategic management.
